Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently partnering with a highly regarded school in Great Barr to recruit a dedicated PPA Cover Teacher on a part-time basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects during teachers’ non-contact time. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and a passion for motivating and inspiring students. The PPA Cover Teacher will need to adapt quickly to different teaching styles, maintain a positive classroom environment, and provide constructive feedback to students. Collaboration with colleagues and effective communication with the school’s leadership team are also essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
– Strong classroom management skills
– Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
