Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently collaborating closely with a delightful school in Castle Vale, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced PPA Cover Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis for 2-3 days a week.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a PPA Cover Teacher at this esteemed school, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects to cover for teachers’ planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time. The role requires flexibility, creativity, and a passion for supporting students’ learning and development. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills, the ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments, and a commitment to upholding high standards of teaching and learning.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Proven experience in delivering high-quality lessons
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
– Commitment to promoting a positive learning environment for all students

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
