Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working closely with a delightful school in Kingshurst to recruit a dedicated PPA Cover Teacher to support across the school on a full-time basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cover across various classes, ensuring that the continuity of learning is maintained in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Duties will include delivering pre-planned lessons, managing student behavior effectively, and providing a supportive learning environment for all students. The PPA Cover Teacher will collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality education and contribute to the overall success of the school.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience working in a similar role or a willingness to adapt
– Strong classroom management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
