PPA Teacher – Northfield Area

Start: ASAP | Until Easter (initially)

Are you an experienced and adaptable teacher looking for your next rewarding challenge? Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a confident PPA teacher to join a rapidly improving school in the Northfield area. This is a busy, thriving, and forward‑moving environment where staff work collaboratively to create meaningful, positive learning experiences for all pupils.

This full‑time role is to begin as soon as possible, continuing until Easter initially, with the potential for further opportunities. As a key member of the teaching team, you will deliver high‑quality PPA cover across a range of year groups, bringing consistency, creativity, and strong behaviour management to the classroom.

  • Deliver engaging PPA cover across multiple year groups
  • Adapt quickly to different classes and routines
  • Maintain a positive, calm, and purposeful learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with staff to support ongoing school improvement
  • Bring strong curriculum knowledge and confident classroom practice

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
