Zest Education is currently seeking a passionate and experienced PPA teacher to join their team in the Quinton area of Birmingham. This part-time role will involve covering PPA sessions for both KS1 and KS2 year groups at a vibrant primary school. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate compassion, dedication, and excellent communication skills to quickly establish positive relationships with children and staff.
The ideal candidate for this position should be adaptable and able to work collaboratively in a challenging and dynamic educational environment. The role is scheduled for 3 days a week, with flexibility for the right candidate, however this must include a Friday. Commencing after the February half-term, this opportunity offers continuity until the end of the academic year on a rolling basis. Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
