Part‑Time PPA Teacher – Rednal (Autumn & Spring Terms, 3 days/week)

Contract: Autumn & Spring terms, 3 days per week (term‑time only)
Location: Primary school in Rednal, Birmingham (via Zest Education)
Pay: Competitive daily rate (£160‑£200/day – exact rate dependent on experience)

The Role
You’ll be delivering high-quality cover lessons during PPA time, across all subjects and year groups. Working three days weekly, you’ll rotate around classrooms to maintain smooth learning continuity. A confident, flexible, and proactive teacher will thrive in this environment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide engaging, well-prepared lessons in line with established schemes.
Cover all subjects and year groups, adapting to different learning needs.
Collaborate with teaching teams to ensure lesson consistency.
Manage classroom behaviour positively and proactively.
Support students’ progress and well-being during cover sessions.
About You
