PPA Teacher (0.4 FTE) – Part Time

Flexible Working Days | Northfield, Birmingham | Autumn Term Opportunity

Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teacher seeking a flexible part-time PPA teaching role in Northfield?

We are working with a busy and thriving primary school in Northfield, part of a highly successful Multi-Academy Trust (MAT), to recruit a talented PPA Teacher on a 0.4 contract for the Autumn Term.

The Role

The school is looking for a dedicated teacher to provide high-quality PPA cover across a range of year groups:

  • 0.4 FTE contract
  • Flexible working days available for the right candidate
  • Part-time position
  • Autumn Term initially, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
  • Ensure continuity of learning during teachers’ PPA time.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Contribute to the school’s positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support pupils to achieve their full academic potential.

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.

  • Be able to adapt quickly across different classes and year groups.
