Primary Teacher (PPA Cover – 0.4 Contract)
Location: Balsall Heath, Birmingham
Start Date: After October Half Term
Contract: Until Christmas 2025
Days: 2 days per week
Zest Education is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and fast-paced primary school located in Balsall Heath, Birmingham. Part of a wider, well-established Multi-Academy Trust, this school is seeking a committed and resilient teacher to cover PPA across the school for two days per week (0.4), starting after the October half term and continuing until the Christmas break.
The school serves a richly diverse community and works hard to meet the complex needs of its pupils. Leadership is supportive and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on professional development and teamwork.
The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, confident, and capable of building positive relationships with pupils quickly. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, so strong behaviour management and flexibility are essential.
