Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator looking for a fresh start in January 2025? Zest Education is currently seeking a passionate Primary Class Teacher to join our team at a 2 form entry school in Tamworth. This full-time role will have you working Monday to Friday for the full school day, teaching in Key Stage 2.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students. You will create a stimulating learning environment, promote positive behavior management strategies, and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that inspires a love for learning in all students.

Roles:
– Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
– Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
– Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development
– Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a comprehensive curriculum
– Engage parents and carers in their children’s learning journey

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience teaching in a primary school
– Strong understanding of the national curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team
– Passion for teaching and nurturing the growth of young minds

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
