Primary Cover Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cover Teacher to join a welcoming 2 form entry primary school in Tamworth. This part-time role will involve working 3-4 days a week, starting immediately.

The school is a vibrant and inclusive primary school that prides itself on providing a supportive and nurturing environment for both students and staff. The dedicated team of educators at the school work collaboratively to create engaging and inspiring learning experiences for all students.

At this school, cover staff are fully supported by the school leadership team and teaching staff. You will have access to detailed lesson plans and resources to ensure a smooth transition into the classroom. The school values the contribution of cover teachers and strives to create a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff members. Working a part-time role offers a great work-life balance, allowing you to pursue other interests or commitments outside of work. It provides flexibility and the opportunity to recharge and refresh, ensuring you bring your best self to the classroom each day.

Roles:
– Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans

Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS)
– Experience working with primary school students
– Strong classroom management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexibility and adaptability
