Zest Education is looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Primary Cover Teacher to work across a friendly and well-respected primary school in Dudley. This full-time role offers the opportunity to teach across a range of year groups, providing high-quality cover for staff absences and supporting continuity of learning throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 when covering for class teachers.
Adapt quickly to different classes and year groups, maintaining high standards of teaching and behavior.
Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues to ensure smooth transitions between lessons.
Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate classroom records when required.
Support the school’s ethos and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching across the primary age range (EYFS–KS2).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to teaching.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
