Primary School Teachers – Flexible Day-to-Day Roles in South Birmingham

We are currently seeking qualified Primary School Teachers to work on a day-to-day supply basis in fantastic schools across locations such as Bournville, Solihull, Redditch, Harborne, Tyseley, Kings Heath, and more. This flexible teaching work allows you to experience different learning environments, collaborate with other education professionals, and enjoy an excellent work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities for Primary School Teachers

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.

  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

  • Implement and maintain the school’s behaviour policy effectively.

  • Liaise with parents, guardians, and senior leaders as required.

  • Prepare suitable learning materials and resources for each lesson.

  • Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s ethos and values.

Requirements for Primary School Teachers:

  • Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Have relevant experience teaching within a primary school setting.

  • Possess or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Show passion for teaching and improving pupil progress.

  • Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
