Zest Education are working exclusively with a lovely school based within the Coventry area, who are looking for an enthusiastic Year 1 classroom assistant to add to their passionate team of staff. The part-time role is due to start April 2025, for two school terms with the possibility of further employment.

They are looking for someone who:

· Will provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors to our school.
· Will contribute to creating a positive and creative learning environment.
· Is educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in numeracy and literacy skills.
· Has excellent ICT, communication, and organisational skills.
· Fully understands and respects the importance of confidentiality.
· Previous experience in a childcare/school setting within the last 5 years
· NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in a childcare related course
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with primary experience (desirable)

Pay is dependent upon experience.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
