Zest Education is currently recruiting flexible and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are looking to gain experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a flexible and rewarding way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring continuity and engagement in learning.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and establish a positive rapport with pupils and staff.
• Maintain a well-managed and focused classroom environment.
• Follow school policies and uphold behavior and safeguarding standards.
• Provide feedback to school staff on pupil participation and progress as required.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
• A confident, flexible, and professional approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
