Here at Zest, we are working with more schools than ever across North Birmingham who are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, and support staff to join their teams. The schools are looking for staff to work both full time and part time and, on a day-to-day basis, short term, and long-term basis. We work with a range of different Ofsted rated school from schools who require improvement to those which are outstanding. Our busiest areas include Erdington, Sutton Coldfield, Marston Green, Hodgehill and Yardley to name a few.

The schools that we work with are offering roles across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

We are looking for support staff to start from March 2024 onwards.


  • Have recent experience working in a school or nursery setting that we can reference.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a patient and versatile individual.
  • Must be able to build good relationships with children and staff.

The pay will start from £75 a day dependent on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
