Start Date: January 2026 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Across all years 

Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting a Primary Teacher to begin in January 2026, working full-time, Monday to Friday, continuing through to the end of the academic term. The school offers a positive working atmosphere, well-resourced classrooms, and a leadership team that prioritises staff wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where all children feel valued
  • Assess pupil progress and tailor learning to meet individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold strong safeguarding practices

 

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
  • A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective teaching approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
