Zest Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Tamworth.

As a Teaching Assistant in this 2 form entry school, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide valuable support and guidance. This role offers a great chance for professional development and growth, with the school committed to helping you enhance your skills and knowledge.

You will be joining a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential. The school have a strong commitment to ensuring that all children succeed, and the dedicated staff work tirelessly to provide the support and guidance needed for each individual student. Key Responsibilities:
– Supporting students in their learning and development
– Assisting teachers with classroom activities and planning
– Providing one-on-one support to students who need additional help
– Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
– Experience working with primary school children
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– Relevant qualifications in education or child care (desirable)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
