Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity in Warwickshire? Look no further! We are currently seeking a skilled teaching assistant who is Level 2 qualified to join a dedicated team in the Warwickshire area.
As a primary teaching assistant based in Warwickshire, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of young learners. Your role will involve assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help, and creating a positive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students
– Support and motivate students, both individually and in small groups, to help them achieve their learning objectives
– Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources
– Help to create an inclusive and safe learning environment
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student performance and behaviour.
Requirements:
– Level 2 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in primary schools
– Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
– Ability to work effectively within a team
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
