Psychology Teacher – Independent Sixth Form College (Westminster, London)
Full-time | Permanent
Start: ASAP or September 2026
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Zest Education are supporting a prestigious independent sixth form college in Kensington, London, in their search for a passionate and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-achieving, student-focused environment renowned for exceptional academic outcomes.

The Role

The successful candidate will teach A-Level Psychology to motivated and ambitious students. You will deliver high-quality lessons, contribute to curriculum development, and play an active role in the academic life of the college.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong subject specialist with excellent knowledge of A-Level Psychology

  • Either an ECT looking to begin their career in an exceptional setting, or an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge

  • A teacher who is confident, enthusiastic and able to contribute to a supportive academic culture
