Nursery Practitioner
Zest Education is recruiting dedicated and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work in a range of Ofsted Good private nurseries across Tamworth and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time role with an immediate start for the right candidates.
We are looking for early years practitioners who can:
Support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development, and daily routines
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
Build positive relationships with children, families, and nursery teams
Contribute to observations, planning, and assessments
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS requirements
A nurturing and proactive approach
Reliability, good communication, and strong teamwork skills
Previous experience in a private nursery is desirable

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
