Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working closely with a lovely school in Castle Bromwich to find a dedicated Reception Class Teacher.

As a Reception Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to inspire and educate young learners. You will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students
– Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
– Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
– Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being
– Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive school culture

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience teaching in an early years setting, particularly Reception
– Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and assessment practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
