Zest education are seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time reception teacher to join the team at a vibrant primary school located just outside Marston Green.
The successful candidate will commence after Easter, ready to inspire and educate our young learners.
Position: Full-Time Reception Teacher
Location: Primary School just outside Marston Green
Start Date: After Easter
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status
– Experience working with early years foundation stage
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students
– Establish a positive rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback for continuous improvement
– Contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities and events

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
