Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Our vibrant 4 form entry Primary School in Balsall Heath is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time school administrator starting in January 2025.

As the school administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the school. While school admin experience is desirable, we are open to considering individuals with relevant admin experience who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

With over 1,000 children enrolled in our school, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask are key qualities we are looking for in the ideal candidate. Your role will involve managing student records, coordinating school events, assisting with financial matters, and providing general administrative support to staff, parents, and students.

The hours will be Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
