An innovative, forward-thinking school in the Bromsgrove area is seeking a dedicated science teacher to join their dedicated team from January 2024. In this ongoing, full-time role, you will have the chance to shape the minds of young learners and ignite their passion for scientific exploration. Your role will involve delivering engaging and interactive lessons, fostering a love for science, and equipping students with the tools they need to thrive in this ever-evolving field.

Responsibilities:

– Delivering engaging Science lessons to students, ensuring a stimulating and supportive learning environment

– Creating lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, and assessing student progress

– Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them achieve their learning goals

– Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure students’ educational needs are met

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

– Proven experience working within Secondary Education

– A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in making a difference in students’ lives

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Familiarity with the Science curriculum and teaching methodologies

– Flexibility to adapt to the needs of part-time teaching
