A popular secondary school in the Dudley area are recruiting for a qualified Science teacher that has experience working with KS3 and KS4 pupils. The role is a Chemistry teaching role, but you will be required to help out with both Physics and Biology when needed. This position is a cover teaching role and will run from January 2022 till the end of the academic year in July 2022.

The successful applicant will be need a PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS.

Day to day duties will include, planning, marking and delivery of high quality lessons to both KS3 and KS4 pupils. As well as keeping students motivated and focused on the task at hand, it is also essential that you adhere to the behaviour management policies and procedures that are in place. It is also important that you have a wide subject knowledge for you to be able to follow the schools curriculum.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. Daily rates are between £100 and £200 per day (PAYE), subject to experience and qualifications.
