Zest Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a Special Needs School in the Loughborough area for a Part-Time SEN Learning Support role. The school is seeking a driven and experienced individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide support and assistance to students with special educational needs
– Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment
– Develop and implement tailored learning plans for individual students
– Maintain regular communication with colleagues and parents to ensure student progress
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in Special Educational Needs environments
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
– Understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to support them

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
