SEN Support & EHCP review – Harrow (NW London)
Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm
£90–£100 per day (depending on experience)
Temp-to-Permanent after 14 weeks

Zest Education are partnering with a specialist education provider with two sites in Harrow (NW London) to recruit a dedicated SEN Support & EHCP review. The school supports pupils aged 7–16 with Autism (ASD) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH), offering a highly nurturing environment for both students and staff.

The Role

You will work closely with the SENCO to ensure high-quality delivery of SEND processes and statutory obligations. Your role will be central to maintaining accurate documentation and supporting students’ continued progress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the coordination and preparation of EHCP annual reviews

  • Tracking student progress against EHCP outcomes and school targets

  • Attending and supporting meetings with parents, professionals and external agencies

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements

  • Supporting the SENCO with day-to-day organisation and general school duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a SEND, SENCO support, pastoral or education-based administrative role

  • Understanding of EHCP processes and SEND frameworks

  • Excellent organisation, communication and record-keeping skills

  • A proactive, professional and child-centred approach

  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
