Are you passionate about supporting students in the Special Educational Needs sector? Zest is currently recruiting for a SEND Classroom Support Assistant on behalf of a school in Kingstanding to work with students between the ages of 7yo-16yo with a range of complex learning needs including Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) or a full-time long-term basis.
The ideal SEND Classroom Support Assistant will be able to commit to the role on a full-time basis and be compassionate when supporting the students and will be able to start immediately. The responsibilities of this role include.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
