SEND Support (Primary)

Job Description

Are you caring, patient, and passionate about helping children achieve their best? Zest Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Bedworth seeking a dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join their team full-time, Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across all year groups and make a real impact in their learning and development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a SEND or care setting (desired but not essential)
  • A positive, adaptable, and nurturing attitude
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Ideally, a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience

Your Role

  • Support pupils with additional needs across different year groups
  • Work alongside teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support
  • Encourage pupils’ confidence, progress, and wellbeing in class
  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
