Zest Education is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior School Administrator to join our school in Handsworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous school administration experience to excel in a challenging and rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring efficient and smooth running of administrative processes.
– Manage student records, attendance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Coordinate communication between staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
– Provide leadership and support to administrative staff, guiding their professional development and performance.
– Manage budgets, invoices, and financial records related to school administration.
– Organise and coordinate school events, meetings, and other activities.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in school administration is essential
– Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient in using office software and administrative tools.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
