Zest Education is currently seeking an experienced School Administrator to join a fantastic school in Rednal on a long-term basis. We are looking for a candidate with previous school administration experience, who is familiar with school systems and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible start dates are available for the right candidate, making this a great opportunity to grow and develop in your career.
Key Responsibilities of a School Administrator:
1. Managing student records, including attendance, grades, and personal information.
2. Providing administrative support to teachers, staff, and students.
3. Handling communication with parents, students, and external stakeholders.
4. Coordinating school events, meetings, and schedules.
5. Assisting with budgeting and financial management.
6. Overseeing the maintenance of school facilities and equipment.
7. Ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.
8. Managing school supplies and inventory.
9. Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
10. Collaborating with other administrators to improve school operations.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
