Zest Education is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Administrators/ Receptionists to join our team in Solihull. Our schools are dynamic and fast-paced environments, and we are looking for individuals who thrive in a busy office setting with a passion for education.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff members.
2. Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
3. Maintain accurate student records and databases.
4. Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for school staff.
5. Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
6. Assist with the organisation and preparation of school-related documents and reports.
7. Manage school supplies and equipment inventory.
8. Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the school office.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you, the cost of the DBS is £61.30) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
