Teacher of Sociology

Job Description

Zest Education is collaborating closely with a secondary school in the Wolverhampton region to enlist a Sociology Teacher. This opportunity entails a long-term supply role commencing in January 2025. The school is ideally seeking an individual willing to commit to a full-time position.

The school is specifically looking for a Sociology educator capable of instructing at KS4 and KS5 levels. The desirable candidate should embody creativity, enthusiasm, and a drive for professional growth.

  • A collaborative spirit desiring to contribute to a cohesive team environment
  • Proficiency in designing, assessing, and delivering top-notch lessons (planning and assessment duties are limited to short/long-term placements)
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Comfort in utilizing ICT in a professional capacity
