Are you a university student or graduate looking for an opportunity to work within schools across the Burton-on-Trent area?
Zest Education needs Teaching Assistants to work with children with special educational needs in schools across the Burton on Trent area for the Summer term.
Options are full-time and part-time so can work well with the availability of university students and graduates.
You will be working with individuals with a variety of needs such as autism, moderate learning difficulties and complex needs, who need additional support throughout the day.
You will be supporting learners on a one-to-one basis as well as small groups.
Schools are currently looking for staff on both a full time and part time basis, available with an immediate start. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about gaining more experience within education environments and can build rapport quickly with children. Our schools provide outstanding support for their staff and learners, from the moment they step into the reception area.
The Role:
· You will need to have strong communication skills
· Be willing to work within a special educational needs school
· You will be working with very small class sizes, with a maximum of eight students within each class

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is: recent school-based or children-based experience within the UK.
