Zest Education is searching for flexible and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to support primary schools across Dudley. This is an excellent role for teachers seeking variety, work-life balance, or opportunities to gain experience in different settings.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver lessons in line with school plans, or adapt quickly when required.
Maintain positive behavior and create a safe learning environment.
Build rapport with pupils and staff to support learning continuity.
Provide feedback to permanent staff after each placement.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Flexibility and adaptability for working across different year groups.
Strong classroom management skills.
A positive, proactive attitude to supporting schools.
