Supply Teaching Assistants – Ward End, Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Full-time or Part-time available)
We are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Ward End, Birmingham. These flexible roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, starting immediately.
The Role:
Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
Working with small groups or individual pupils to support learning.
Helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral support where needed.
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (school, nursery, or similar).
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
