Supply Teaching Assistants – Ward End, Birmingham

Start Date: ASAP Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Full-time or Part-time)

We are recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Ward End, Birmingham. These roles offer flexible working options and are ideal for anyone looking to gain experience in education or continue their career in a supportive school environment.

⭐ About the Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting pupils and teachers throughout the school day. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom tasks and learning activities.
  • Working with small groups or individual pupils to help them progress.
  • Creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  • Assisting with behaviour management and providing pastoral support when required.
