Zest is working with a brilliant small primary school in the Lichfield area to recruit for a Support worker to work on a 1-1 basis with a child in year 4 that has mild learning difficulties. This position is due to start in September 2022 and will continue for 2 terms.
The school is a one form entry primary school not far from Lichfield city centre. The school is led by a hard-working head teacher whose aim is to create a warm and safe environment for all children to learn and develop in.
The successful candidate must be engaging, reliable individual who is able to work well on a 1-1 basis with a child along with working closely with small groups of children. You will also need to be confident, enthusiastic and be able to identify and engage with different learning needs.
All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
