Are you a Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant? Do you want more flexible hours and the chance to choose when you want to work? We have the role for you! A secondary school in the Stafford area are looking for a Level 2 qualified TA to start January 2024 for a minimum of one term.
The team here work hard to maintain a supportive and inclusive ethos across all areas of the school and put the children at the heart of what they do. The supportive ethos allows for a safe and secure environment for all staff and students. As a TA you will work along side the class teacher to support either on a 1-1 basis or in small groups depending on the needs of the lesson.
All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years. You need to be proactive, energetic, and committed to engaging pupils into wanting to learn, inspiring them to be confident and independent. You will also need to be patient and sensitive and able to comfort children. You will be required the work on a one-to-one basis and within small groups
