Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties? We are currently seeking a qualified teacher to join a special educational needs school in Stafford starting in October 2024 on a long-term basis.
As a teacher at this school, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students aged 5-18. Your responsibilities will include delivering creative and tailored lessons to small groups of 4 to 8 children, fostering their academic growth and personal development.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement innovative and therapeutic teaching methods, helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. The school are looking for individuals who are committed to there mission of providing a supportive and stimulating educational experience for all students.
To be considered for this position, you must hold either QTS or QTLS qualifications, possess proven teaching experience, and have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures. A valid child and adult DBS check is required, or you must be willing to apply for one.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
