Zest Education is currently recruiting for a school in Solihull that specializes in educating students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team starting as soon as possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for teaching students between the ages of 4-11, who require additional support and guidance due to their SEMH needs. It is essential that you have a genuine passion for working with these students and have the necessary skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

In order to be successful in this role, it is important that you have experience working with students with SEMH needs. Your ability to understand their unique challenges and adapt your teaching approach accordingly will be crucial. Additionally, a valid driving license is required, as you may be required to commute to different locations within Solihull.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
