Teaching assistants play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in primary schools.
At Zest Education, we are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant position to work 2 days a week at a primary school in Lichfield. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the privilege of assisting the Year 3 class teacher in delivering high-quality education to the students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to students, preparing learning materials, and reinforcing classroom instruction. With your guidance and support, students will have the opportunity to thrive academically and develop essential skills.
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a level 2 or above qualification in childcare. This ensures that you have the necessary knowledge and understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures. Additionally, previous experience in a similar role is required, as we will be conducting reference checks to verify your suitability for the position.
The start date for this Teaching Assistant role is scheduled for March 2024, and is ongoing for the ideal candidate.
