Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a primary school in Lichfield, who are currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs. The role will involve working 1:1 with a specific pupil, providing both academic and emotional support, primarily within an EYFS/KS1 setting.

💡 What the role involves:

• Supporting the pupil in accessing and engaging with the curriculum

• Adapting learning activities and materials to meet the individual needs of the child

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

• Has experience working in a 1:1 support role, ideally in EYFS or KS1

• Understands how to adapt the curriculum to meet individual learning needs

• Is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives

• Is emotionally intelligent and able to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
