A fantastic school in Burton on Trent are seeking an experienced, flexible teaching assistant to join their team on a part time basis. The requested days are Monday – Wednesday but this can be discussed at interview.

The role itself is working across year groups, from EYFS – Year 3 as a general teaching assistant but there will be times you are asked to lead  small group sessions working on Literacy, Numeracy and Phonics. You must be engaging, reliable and able to quickly build professional relationships.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
