A primary school in Lichfield have asked us to recruit for Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to start in January 2024 for 1 term, with potential to extend for the remainder of the academic year.
The school is based in city of Lichfield and is popular amongst the community. The schools aim is for children to make strong process from their starting points so high-quality support is essential in early years. The school is looking for a motivated and passionate teaching assistant who will be able to provide excellent support to the class teacher daily.
The chosen candidate will work in a Nursery class supporting the class teacher on a general basis, however there may be times you are required to work on a 1:1 basis with specific pupils or smaller groups. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they are keen to learn, have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team and enjoy working with small children. You need to be committed to providing the children with exceptional learning and support, in a fun and caring classroom environment and be willing to go that extra mile. Pay is dependent on experience: £75-£80

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
