Teaching Assistant

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children ranging from the age of 3 to 19, providing support and assistance to help them achieve their educational goals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, catering to the unique needs of each individual student.

Requirements:
– Experience working with children with special educational needs or in a care environment is essential.
– A genuine passion for working with children and a patient and compassionate nature.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with students, teachers, and parents.
– The ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
– A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.

Responsibilities:
– Provide one-on-one support to students, assisting them with their individual learning plans and educational activities.
– Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment, promoting the social and emotional development of each student.
– Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement effective strategies for student development.
– Monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback and reports to teachers and parents.
– Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.
