Zest Education is currently recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work at a special educational needs school located in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30-15:30, with an immediate start. The role is long-term, ensuring stability and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the students’ lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students aged 5-19, providing them with the support they need to thrive academically and emotionally. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, fitness, and enthusiasm to their work, as supporting these students requires a positive and uplifting approach.

While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, we also welcome applications from individuals who possess relevant skills and a genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher and other TAs to provide tailored support to students, both on an individual basis and in small groups throughout the school day.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
