We are currently working with a reputable school in Rednal to recruit a full-time teaching assistant on a long-term basis. In this role, you will be working on a 1-1 basis with a child in the Y4 class who requires academic support. The child is relatively well-behaved and has low-level autism.

To excel in this position, we are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and well-motivated individual. As a teaching assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the child’s educational needs and ensuring their overall well-being. Your understanding of the national curriculum will be vital in helping the child progress academically.

Collaboration is key in any school environment, and this role is no exception. You will be part of a strong team of educators who work together to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with your colleagues will contribute to the overall success of the children.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
