As a TA, you will play a vital role in supporting the Year 4 class. Your main responsibilities will include assisting small groups of students with core subjects and reading. You will be instrumental in preparing and gathering resources for daily activities and lessons, ensuring that the learning environment is engaging and conducive to student development. Collaboration with other members of the Key Stage 2 team will also be an integral part of your role.
To thrive in this position, you need to possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Your ability to work effectively within a team, alongside teachers and other TAs, will contribute to the overall success of the classroom. Furthermore, your enthusiasm for working with children and creating a positive learning experience will inspire and motivate the students.
