Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact on young minds? Zest Education, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join a lovely school in Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, without the burden of planning, while enjoying full-time hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the class teacher with day-to-day activities and supporting the educational development of the students. Your main responsibilities will include:
– Providing one-on-one support to students, helping them with their learning objectives and ensuring their progress.
– Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of the students.
– Implementing behaviour management strategies and promoting positive classroom dynamics.
– Collaborating with the class teacher and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
– Utilizing your excellent communication skills to establish effective relationships with both students and parents.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
